Radio & Activations

TANGA KUNANI FM RADIO broadcasting at 88.5 from Tanga city was officially launched in July 2014. We are a commercial radio station that caters for general advertising and the educational sector.

So far we have a listenership of over 2 million people in our coverage area. All districts in Tanga are covered.
We are also available in some parts of Manyara, Morogoro, and Pwani regions. The programming format is designed to cater to listeners of different age groups, with local and international news, entertainment, music and sports programs.

We pride ourselves for being the most liked and listened radio station in Tanga. The Listenership has spread from Mnazi, in Maramba, all the way to Sakura and Mkwaja villages in Pangani, Songe (Kilindi), up to Bumbuli and Mtae in Lushoto. TK FM has a total workforce of 34 broadcasting and support employees.
